Hermitage Chapel, sweeping vistas, luxurious gardens, pristine

We are
located 30 minutes from Nevada City, in the foothills of the
Sierra Nevada Mountains, away from traffic and noise, just
nature at it's best.

The
Chapel
Our lovely
stone Chapel, based on the Portziuncula, The Little Church
of St. Francis in Assisi, Italy, offers an intimate and deeply
inspiring atmosphere for your wedding ceremony. Nature is
seen on all sides through the beautiful stained-glass windows.
The Chapel is simple, yet elegant and seats fifty people. |

Ceremony
Ananda
has an inspiring wedding ceremony, written by Swami Kriyananda,
our spiritual teacher, combining the spiritual essence of
East and West. It offers uplifting music that will remain
in your heart for years to come. We can provide you with an
Ananda minister, or if you prefer, you may bring a minister
with you and create your own ceremony.

be true to you as I pray always to be true to God. I will

as we are ever loved by God. I will never compete with you;

to be guided as you feel deeply within yourself. May our love
grow ever deeper, purer, more expansive, until, in our perfected
love, we find the perfect love of God.

Reception
The spacious
dining hall, gallery and main rooms of Crystal Hermitage,
with paintings collected from around the world, offer an elegantly
decorated reception area. Crystal Hermitage is a non-alcoholic,
non-smoking and drug-free establishment. We can recommend,
caterers, musicians, photographers, and florists. Your guests
will enjoy the beauty of the hermitage and be renewed by it's
peace.
